In partnership with Strategic Partnership Solutions ( and with input from the UK industry, an online training tool has been created.

To effectively sell your product you need to ensure that many of the over 30,000 front line staff in the UK (over 20,000 travel agents/6,000 travel agencies, 2,000 home workers and 4,000 tour operator reservation/call centre staff) know your product. This tool enables you to create an online option where travel agents can at their own pace log on and follow a course designed by you which includes images, videos and music. After each module, they sit a test and you can incentive them to finish the course.

This will not replace the need for face to face training and familirization trips, but will allow you to reach more front line staff in a cost effective manner.
